iPower customer for over 8 years

My name is Greg and I’ve been an iPower customer for over 8 years and I‘m very satisfied with the service this ISP provides. I have two websites hosted by iPower, www.kwikpit.com and www.buildrclawnmower.com

The customer service is excellent I can say that I’ve never had a major problem. If I did have a question I received a response that day or within a 24 hour time frame. Their ticketing system, online and telephone support work very well.

A main point for me is that I’ve never had any of the problems that I had with my previous ISP. My sites have been running without issue and I’ve never experienced any downtime that I can remember.

Ipower use vPanel which offers many options and using it is quite easy. The most important services for me are visitor statistics, web-mail and FrontPage extensions which are all outstanding.

Getting set up is very simple you have access to all the required information you need. They have a great FAQ section and some excellent tutorials. IPower often offers specials for promotional hosting packages dirt cheap. I took advantage of this for my second site for $3.95 a month.

I must also put in a disclaimer here in that I liked them so much I became an affiliate as well. Putting that aside I wouldn’t recommend something I don’t believe in.

As far as negatives go I must say I built my sites and they work with no problems or issues. I really don’t have any negatives at this point or I wouldn’t be an 8 year customer. I rate them as a 5 very good. A top notch ISP.
