I have been very satisfied with Ipage hosting. The set up of it is very easy to navigate though, and getting my file online initially, was not an issue. Overall, I just found it easy to use, compared to other hosting sites I have tried.

The layout of the Control panel was easy to navigate. I found it easy to upload files directly through the file manager. It was also easy to set up FTP when I wanted to upload a lot of files at one time. The email was another thing that I did not have any issues setting up.

The price was very reasonable. They had a special for the first year. I paid under $4.00 a month. I know the price will go up when I renew after the first year, but it was definitely in my budget.

Another thing I really liked about Ipage hosting was the customer service. Their customer service has online chat. For me that is a big plus. I don’t like contacting customer service by phone. I would much rather do it by online chat. I did have to use it once when I first signed up. I don’t even remember what the problem was, but when I signed on to the online chat a representative helped me within a minute or two and solved my problem.

Overall, I have just been very satisfied with Ipage since I have started using their service.
