If it is only a designing service, I must advise you to look for another solution. On the other hand, you could take the 1000 dollars package that gives you a professional webpage.
Conclusion
HostRocket is an average service for beginners. They are not claiming to give top-notch features, but they will give you what you are expecting. An average company with average service with the main advantage of a small price. For a beginner webmaster, HostRocket offers you what you need, but you will surely need to take another hosting company once your company grows.
