I have been with Hostingzoom for at least five (5) years now. In particular, I have been running my sites under its budget webhost service provider Resellerzoom.
Price wise, Hostingzoom offers quite a reasonable set of prices. Its basic reseller plan is pegged at a reasonable rate of around $10 monthly. If you make a pre payment of one year, you get it a lower rate. What is good is that its reseller account is 100 percent private label.
For at least 5 year stint with this host provider, I have been hardly contacting its technical support. For one, the uptime of my sites has been quite stable. I don’t recall experiencing a significant level of downtime. If there were instances in the past, these were fleeting. Downtime especially from the host side has been quickly addressed. Clients like me have been properly informed of planned downtime schedules.
For a couple of times I submitted a ticket, the response time has been quick. There was one time when the frontline support could not address the technical issue on hand thus it had to be elevated to a higher support level for appropriate action. This shows that Hostingzoom has a good support team that can address an array of technical issues and problems.
What I also like about Hostingzoom is that it offers different payment options. For a client like me with a blocked Paypal account, I can make auto payment using my debit/credit card thus I can ensure that my payments are on time and there is no service interruption as a result of payment defaults.
Aside from its good service, Hostingzoom also offers an attractive incentive to its affiliate members. I myself have been an affiliate and I have been promoting its service not only because of the attractive commission but also because of its good service.
I have been with Hostingzoom for at least five years now. I have been a happy customer and I don’t have any plan to shift to a new host at this point. My two thumbs up for Hostingzoom.
