I have used BlueHost for a little over a month and have been quite satisfied with their service during the time I have used them. There is a huge difference is the way the company works compared to my a previous host of mine, GoDaddy, which was a company that had horrible support and seemed a little sketchy in the way they operate. Setting up my website with BlueHost went pretty smooth. It helped that they use CPanel, which is also used by another good hosting company I mainly do business with. Creating a wordpress website takes only minutes to do from BlueHost’s control panel. Everything was easy to use and if I had any questions the support team would answer immediately and guide me through my troubles. Ended up spending an hour with them trying to set up the name servers of my domain name to BlueHost, it was actually a silly mistake on my part but their support stuck with me and tried to help me as best as they could. Unlike some hosting companies, BlueHost does not offer monthly payment. I can see that being a con to some, but by paying a year’s worth of hosting from BlueHost you will be saving a bit of money compared to paying monthly somewhere else. I do not recommend buying a domain name from BlueHost though, as it is much cheaper to purchase one from a domain registrar such as NameCheap. I personally recommend the three year hosting plan, as it is much lower per month than any other plan out there. BlueHost is definitely a company you should consider using. Currently I have my websites hosted with HostGator as everything is already set up there, but if I do ever need to witch BlueHost is the company I will go to.
