BlueHost is one of the best Web hosting services available, particularly for users that want to host a personal or small business website such as a WordPress blog or small e-commerce site.
I’m Dave and I use this site to host a personal blog, http://www.davezokvic.com/. I couldn’t be happier with the ease of script installation, range of features, and support. BlueHost even provides new users with a $50 Facebook advertisement credit, as well as $100 in credits for Google Adwords. This provides an excellent way to begin getting the word out on a new site or brand.
I was particularly impressed with the sales and support team. A few days after I created my site, I was contacted by a support specialist at BlueHost. I was expecting a pushy sales call where he tried to get me to extend my hosting contract. While that was mentioned briefly, the majority of our conversation involved what I wanted to do with my site and how I could accomplish those goals. He was able to recommend a few free site scripts I was not aware of and help me with installation, to help me active my goals.
The only quibble I have is that I was required to purchase a year of hosting in advance, but that is not uncommon among different web hosts. At only $5.95 a month with free domain registration for the first year, it hardly broke the bank, but those not wanting to be locked in for a long period, or those that want to try out a few different hosts before settling on one may want to look elsewhere.
On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate BlueHost as a 5, with excellent ease of use, features, support and price.
